White Wolf Armory Premade Fellwalker Bolts
At White Wolf Armory, the commitment is to quality. We use only the best components in our pre-made Fellwalker Crossbow bolts. At White Wolf Armory, we use the Hightower Method in construction. The heads and tails are manufactured by Sun Lu-shan, and the shafts are Extren 500 solid pultruded fiberglass, the industry standard for reliability and performance.
We also use Scotch/3M monofilament strapping tape. No cheap tape allowed, so your bolts will last through thousands of opponents. We use Scotch/3M duct tape for the heads and tails for superior longevity. The shaft is spiral-wrapped with Plymouth Industries Premium 37 Vinyl Electrical Tape, so there's no failure in the hot sun. No cheap blue-foam camping pads, either: your bolts come padded with a full inch of type L200 Minicel, cut to size, not layered. Your bolts will also come fletched. The fletches are made of soft craft foam, for superior tear resistance, to match the color of the tail.
Remember, according to Society standard, the head and the tail have to be of different colors, to make it abundantly clear to you, your Marshal and your target which is the business end of the bolt.

Our bolts are made of 15" sections of Charter Plastics 100psi polyethelene pipe, with rubber stoppers and 1" thick by 1 1/2" wide L200 Minicell foam. They are already fletched for superior accuracy with one piece foam fletches, and wood dowel plugs on the ends.

Our pre-made javelins use all of the components in our kit, and other
than cresting and labeling, are ready to go. Please specify if you want

Thrust and Throw Javelin Building Kits:
Everything you need in one neat package to build a pair of Siloflex Thrust
and Throw javelins. No more running around to multiple stores trying to
find parts. You supply the strapping tape, duct tape, elbow grease and
patience.
Each kit includes the following:
- Two javelin blanks, each one consisting of a five foot, 1” diameter 160 psi Siloflex stick and a five foot, 3/4” diameter stick.
- Two completed thrusting tip heads made from a vinyl trailer ball hider and already filled with closed cell foam.
- Two #6.5 white gum rubber stoppers.
- Two 2” diameter leather discs.

mat foams that keep getting thinner and thinner, necessitating more and
more layers to get that vital one inch of padding, then needing to glue
and wait, and then needing extra side wrappings to hold it in all place,
only to have it die after five shots? Tired of having to constantly re-tape
your arrows and bolts after every War? White Wolf Armory is pleased to
offer Minicell foam pads for the serious combat archer and javelineer.
Use Minicell foam discs and spend your time before War relaxing and planning
instead of restrapping your precious arrows, bolts, and javelins!
About Minicell:
Minicell foam is a crosslinked closed cell polyethylene foam. It has a
firmness rating of 10 and has moderate to high resistance to compressibility
and springs back quickly. Its primary use is in sports padding and marine
use. White Wolf Armory has two types of Minicell foam available: genuine
Minicell foam from McMaster-Carr, and Type L200 Minicell foam. We cannot
tell the difference between the two, other than the cost.
Minicell foam pads have been found to be ideal for SCA combat archery
use. Minicell is very consistent, has a low rate of Marshal rejection,
doesn’t hit too hard (according to our local fighters), and is very
durable…many combat archers have found that Minicell foam pads last
two seasons or longer. Minicell foam is also Tessa-approved for combat
archery applications.
All of our pads are 1” thick and are cut to 1.5” diameter
for combat archery arrows and bolts, and 2” diameter for thrust
and throw javelins. Custom diameter cutting is available for an extra
charge.

Siloflex Nocks for Combat Archery Arrows:
Save your precious hobby time. White Wolf Armory offers pre-made Siloflex
nocks for tubular arrows, ready to install. White Wolf Armory’s
nock-building method is Tessa-approved and can be viewed in the How-To
section.
Each nock is made of a 2” section of 3/4” diameter 160 psi
Siloflex and plugged with half of a wine cork for a lightweight but very
durable dirt barrier, to preserve your precious arrows. The nock is cut
to exactly 1/2” and flared at the nock opening, so you can load
your arrows faster! It already has been pre-trimmed to preserve your precious
bowstring but can be trimmed additionally to suite your taste. The average
weight of these nocks is 20 grams.
Siloflex Nocks: Each nock, .75.
The Asgard Anti-Penetration Device
Manufactured by House Asgard, this is the one-piece nock/APD combination made of injection-molded Siloflex material specifically by House Asgard for fiberglass-shafted arrows. Usable by right-handed archers only.
If your Kingdom allows it, you may also use this on fiberglass-shafted
crossbow bolts by snipping off the nock.

Genuine St. Artemas Nocks, milled by the Guardians of St. Artemas
These are genuine St. Artemas nocks, milled from Raminwood by the Guardians of St. Artemas, Barony of Calafia, Caid. Remember, St. Artemas nocks are made for tennis-ball blunts on tubular arrows only. They won't work for the rubber stopper/foam blunts, because they're too heavy. They come in two types: one for golf-tube arrows and one for siloflex arrows, and they are NOT interchangeable.
Here in Caid, we've been using St. Artemas nocks on our tennis-ball headed arrows for nearly ten years and we absolutely love them. St. Artemas nocks are made from Raminwood. Raminwood does not splinter, and the nocks are virtually indestructible. The wide string slots make for easy nocking, and the ergonomic finger tabs make for a comfortable draw. They also give the archer a nice tactile signal about the nock's orientation. Imagine not having to stop and look down to see which way your nock is oriented when nocking an arrow! This is especially handy when nocking an arrow on the run.

been ordered straight cut at the factory. It has never been uncoiled,
heated and straightened, just waiting to spring back into a coil the first
time it is left out on the field in the sun---if it bends during use just
bend it straight again, and it will always fly straight and true for you!

Sold in pairs (units) only. Their primary use is in making Thrust and
Throw Javelins: one pipe fits inside the other. 160 psi Siloflex can also
be used to make swords, nocks, and routed channel APDs. Each pair
costs $10.00. The minimum order is 4 pairs, so the cost is $40.00.

Wolf Armory Yellow PE2406 Siloflex for Ballista Bolts
Just legalized for Ballista bolt usage, and yes we have it. No more cutting up five foot lengths, wasting a foot, and having to cover it with yellow duct tape! This is genuine Charter Plastics 1" IPS SDR-11 gaspipe, made of PE 2406, as called for in the SCA Siege Handbook. We have it in four-foot lengths for Ballista Bolts.

White Wolf Armory Pre-Made Throwing Maces
Go off to war with your very own set of pre-made Throwing Maces, by White
Wolf Armory, for Combat Archers close combat use. The throwing mace is
Society legal, but please check with your Kingdom Earl Marshal before
buying or using. The Throwing Mace is a good weapon for combat archers,
or anyone for that matter. It is small and easy to carry in multiples,
balances well, throws well, is fun to use, fully gleanable, and hits quite
solidly. It began its existence as nothing more than a siege rock on a
handle. These are made according to the article on our instructions pages.
Price : $40 for a set of four, plus $25 for shipping and handling. Please
let us know what color duct tape you want; if you don't tell us, you get
silver.
White Wolf Armory Throwing Mace Kits:
Everyone loves Throwing Maces. They are very inexpensive and simple to
make, easy to carry, fully gleanable, pack well, balance and throw like
a charm and hit very cleanly and solidly. Carry a few Throwing Maces secured
to your quiver belt and be ready when you are charged by fighters demanding
you yield!
Each kit includes the following and will make 4 Throwing Maces. You supply
monofilament strapping tape, duct tape, and elbow grease:
- Four 12 inch handles, already punched 4 hole at each end for tennis ball lacing.
- 20 Tennis Balls (used).
- Length of polypropylene cord.
- Instructions.

Combat Archery Tackle
At White Wolf Armoury we are not bowyers, but we know a few. From time to time, a high-quality piece of combat archery tackle comes our way, and we are able to offer it to the discriminating archer. Each Longbow or Crossbow we sell is something we have seen, tried or used, and if we don't like it, we won't sell it.
Longbows
The St. Artemas Mark V, standard shot longbow is manufactured by the Guardians of St. Artemas, Barony of Calafia, Kingdom of Caid. We are very proud to be able to offer these high-quality heavy combat archery longbows to the combat archery public. We use them ourselves and we absolutely love them.
About the St. Artemas Mark V Longbow: These bows are a center-shot longbow, made of a wooden center and fiberglass limbs. The center o the bow has a gate and will accept golf-tube or siloflex arrows. The fiberglass limbs are offset so that the center the string is aligned with the center of the gate for superior accuracy. We use these bows, and are astounded at how accurate they are: much more accurate than shooting off your hand. Try one and you will be amazed. (NOTA BENE: Fletched arrows don't work especially well with these bows -- the gate is very hard on the fletching). The bow is usable by a right or left-handed archer just by flipping it over. You can remove the limbs if you want to take the bow traveling on an airplane, but we don't recommend it, because you then have to realign the string when reassembling it.
These are heavy hand bows, and draw weight ranges from 45-50 pounds.
